Your about a month or so behind on the news, and thats not a mod chip, its a development kit used by team Xecutor. That was about them talking about making a memory card addon so you could use any type of flash memory card you wanted including usb thumb drives and hard drives.

So that you can play both homebrew and new games that will require FW 1.51 and above.

[Intstalation instructions]
what you will need:
a thin soldering iron
a screw driver
a roll of duct tape
1.Simply use your screw driver to remove outter casing
2.Using the soldering iron just solder 17 wires
3. Screw casing back on trying not to crush wires
4.Begin using duct tape to attach the remaining pcb to you psp
for piece of mind use entire roll.
