Default Connecting To PVCN...

Are there any ways you can connect to TightVCN with just a PCI Wi-Fi card? (not a wireless router) If so, can you please explain how

u would need an access point...which the wi-fi card cant do...it would b the same as the psp...it only has wifi in it...but wat u need is a access point

Okay then... well my dad has an access point (wireless router)... but I can't touch or go near it and he dosen't want me using it at all for anything apart from connecting to the net through it... Scared he would get hacked if I played with it...
There is no WEP key and my PSP finds it when I click scan; it's IP address is 192.166.1.1 but when I click test connection, it fails. I got no idea what the DNS servers are suppose to be and my PSP IP adress can be anything from 192.168.1. 2 to 254 right?

I really want PVCN to work!!!
