I was wondering if it would be possible to make an X-Flash using the TIFF exploit and then tricking the psp to think its say 2.7 or 1.00 and then eitehr update to 1.50 or downgrade from 2.7/2.71??????

Also, i was wondering if it would be possible to make a TIFF doom or quake and if it is possible to include sound in TIFF games? i am not a developer so this is why i am asking these questions!

As far as I know making a Tiff doom or quake is near impossible, I think the filesize for Tiff games is limited.

Better to wait for the eloader.

And as for adding sound to Tiff games, It is possible.

It's called X-FLASH for a reason. To use X-Flash, you need access to the flash0. 2.80 FW doesn't have that. The font hack is the best you're going to get. *whisper*what a n00b!!!*whisper*

Freeplay also said that Flash0 access isn't availible yet, so many functions wouldn't be possible either.

A Doom like game is possible, all it takes is some very cleaver tight coding and a lot of optomizing of the code.

But it will be limited in places, but a basic doom like game is by no means impossible.

Just think back to the days of 48K spectrums
