It's safe to assume that there will be hope for the 2.8 users. Only time will tell. There was a point when no firmware under 2.0 could load most homebew, but that was only a few months ago.

Nobody, not even the developers, will know when 2.8 will show a majour exploit. Threads like this shouldn't even be created, because nobody, not even Sony, knows what will happen next in the world of homebrew.

Don't expect anything else for a while though. 2.80 is a bad firmware to be on.

2.80 is a very difficult firmware, a lot more locked down than 2.71, eventually I'm sure something will be found (remember the 2.6ploit by hitchhikr? ^_^)

About 200- members join here per day, some are newbies at the PSP and have heard things about an eloader and they are on 2.8. What your saying is they should be banned? If that happened there would be alot more people like you......n00bs.
