I have found out that if you put the irshell plugins in the folder(ms0:\psp\game\reco very[whats with the weird space between the o and the v its not there when I try to edit my post])you can run them through recovery mode(since you can't use them in the XMB)this is not very helpfull but it could come in handy.

P.S. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this if theres a better place please move it there thanks.

you could just use ir shell...

Yes but iRshell is big and plus before there was no way to run them without iRshell(maybe eloader because it didn't use the param.sfo in eboots).
