hey ya i just flashed my psp with those icons but I'd much rather have a set that I have created. Can you post a link to that Reversing app again, that you or someone else posted a page or two ago? It would be greatly appreciated. The Icons Anubis made are nice, but I have some nice 8bit 256 colour ones I want to try out.
I tryed it with PSP Filer 2.2 and it said it was copying it to flash0 and then it got to 85% and stoped said 0 files copyed and then i looked into the flash0 folder and my topmenu was gone!!!!!!!?!?!?!?!?! Lucky i had backed it up before i did anything so i just got it in my backup folder and copy and pasted it and everything is fine now. But that dosent make it alright cause i thought you guys said it could work with PSP filler??? Oh and im 3.02oeb. Can some one post me the right file i need for psp filer to work? Thanks.

ohwell I've recovered my psp to 1.5, will try again when it werks. THe original icons with the iTunes and xbox controller were nice. a ps2 controller would be better or even a small psp would look nice. Again please relink that reversing program. The app you just released on the main page doesn't werk at all for me, I was on 302oe-b. No Brick and I tried 25 times.
oh use the 1.0 eboot in game150 for psp filer 2.0, thatss watt i did.

You will have some invisible icons but they will still be usable.

1. Make 5 icons that are 64x64 and save them as 256 colour bitmap.
2. Put them in the icon converter thing folder and ran the program there. Sorry i can't remember where it was in this thread, just look back a bit and while your at it get a 2.5 topmenu_plugin.rco
3. Once you get the 1.5 topmenu_plugin.rco open that, and the 2.5 topmenu_plugin.rco, in a hex editor.
4. Next you have to find the icons in the 2.5 topmenu_plugin.rco. So go to hte top of it and then scroll down fairly slowly until you get to a section with lots of blocks of Ÿ's. Then go to the top block and then just scan up slowly till you find some writing that is in English and then go to the end of that, i think it says Cancel. So select from there all the way to the very end of the last block of Ÿ's and then copy and paste that into a new hex document. Try and make sure to keep it all selected so you don't have to find it again in a minute.
5. Now in the new document that you pasted the stuff from the 2.5 topmenu_pluging.rco find out how many Ÿ's there are on the last line. If your wondering it is just to make sure that you keep the file sizes the same.
6. Now do the same as in number 4 with the 1.5 topmenu_plugin.rco. After pasteing it into a new document check that you have the same number of Ÿ's on the last line as you did in number 5, and delete or add as many as you have to to keep it the same, as long as you have to same number of lines anyway.
7. Now delete the section from the 2.5 topmenu_plugin.rco and paste in the corected one from the 1.5 topmenu_plugin.rco and save it.
8.Make sure you have a backup of the original topmenu_plugin.rco then just flash it using PSP Filer and it should work.
Hope that helps someone and sorry if it doesn't work.
