For higher firmware than 2.5 you have to use the 2.5 topmenu_plugin.rco, because that is the latest decrypted one, so if you do do this to se-c or oe firmwares you will be missing some icons.
How do I get back to my original icon's?, I used Anubis Icons and his installer, I have a backup of all the files, is it just top_menu I just copy back to flash and my icons will be back to normal?.

if u dont wanna have icons missing just use the .rco in a devhooked 1.5.
I recommend using the new Icon maker provided by kgsws
you will be able to make your own icons and change the network icon as well.
I'll post a tutorial later on today on how to use all the programs.

say or example i wanted to replace the Game icon, would there bee a certain order or something...
And Cintro is easy bro just downlaod it and create a fodler called "BOOT" inside PSP/GAME
Then put all the cintro files in there.
Make a fodler called "CINTRO" inside PSP/SYSTEM and put your .PMF file in there.
go into recovery/advaced/advanced settings and enable booting from PSP/GAME/BOOT/EBOOT
Voila!
Now can u help me lol.
