Is there a way to stream?is it as easy as opening the pimpstreamer port on your router and enter external IP address on the PSP? Or do you have to do major changes to the server application?

just wondering, current circumstances say i cant use much money now, and i only have a 32MB MS, so it would be nice to use the PSP as an MP3 player, and the pimp streamer is so easy to use.

i dont know realy, ive never gotten pimpstreamer to work, but if you use irshell it works fine, open irshell and go into config, fix the connection settings and run nethostfs.exe from your computer (place the nethostfs.exe in your C:/ drive so you can explore your whole computer.

His tutorial is really easy.....or if you get the auto-install....all you have to do is:
1.)run and install
2.)once installed on both computer and psp, open up the pimpstreamer folder on your psp and edit the configure file to your ip address and port 3333 (unless you change it manually)
3.)open up pimpstreamer on the pc and browser for the folders that are going to be able to be accessed....
4.)once done with step 3, run psp pimpstreamer
5.)click the hotspot your router is on, you dont need to test(you should find out yourself......just to see if the connection is stable), and it will load up the addresses that you choice on your pc and there you go.....choice a video or picture and that is the ultimate pimpstreamer....
