Hi all. I'm having problems getting Devhook .46 to run on a 4gb Sony Memory Stick PRO Duo. I had a 1gb stick and Devhook ran fine on it (I was emulating 2.71 BTW). So I bought a larger stick and installed Devhook using the same walkthrough that is in these forums (written by Harddrive).
At first, when I tried using the version of XFlash that was in Harddrive's FAQ, it said my memory stick was -321 and would not dump because it said not enough space. So I figured that MAYBE it was an older version that did not support larger cards and downloaded the latest version of XFlash. This time, it dumped fine and even read the amount of free space on the card accurately too.
However, when I go into Devhook and change my settings accordingly and reboot into 2.71, it will not launch the UMD. It gives me a blue screen with around 8 different languages saying something was corrupt and to hit O to restore default settings. I did so and it restarted and displayed the same thing.
So after hours of trying to troubleshoot it, I finally gave up and searched the forums for possible compatibility issues with Devhook and larger memory sticks. To my avail, nothing came up, hence this post.
I caved in and went back to my older 1gb stick.
I guess my question is, has anyone else run into this issue? Or does anyone know what's wrong and can offer some assistance? I'd really appreciate it.
