You should search google for a zip file called neogeo.zip and put that zip file in the ROMS folder.

Hit the L & R shoulder buttons and choose a US MVS Bios from the options.

Leave the file "neogeo.zip" (the bios) zipped in the roms folder.

Download MVSPSP 1.50, Download King of Fighters 2002 (MAME version) Rom, Download NeoGeo.zip (bios file).

Unzipping MVSPSP should give you the following folders:

1.0
1.5
converter

Under the 1.5 folder you should see:

mvspsp
mvspsp%

In the mvspsp folder make two directories named: roms and cache. So you should now look like:

-mvspsp
-----roms
-----cache

-mvspsp%

Now place kof2002.zip and neogeo.zip in the Roms folder.

Open up the converter folder and run the program romcnv_mvs.exe. Direct the program to kof2002.zip and it will make a cache of the game under a folder called kof2002_cache. Once the program has finished move the kof2002_cache folder under the cache folder in mvspsp. So now your directory should look like:

-mvspsp
-----roms
-------neogeo.zip
-------kof2002.zip
-----cache
-------kof2002_cache

-mvspsp%

Move the two folders mvspsp & mvspsp% onto your PSP and run the emulator from the PSP memory card menu. Once you are at the menu screen of the MVSPSP 1.50 emulator Click your L Shoulder button and Choose the US bios (ver2).

Select your game from the rom list....and Shazam!!! King of Fighters goodness
