Which one runs better and has more compatability? Thanks.

Both run fullspeed I believe(I know MAME4All does) yet both have bad compatability. The only game I got to work was Final Fight world. None of the good arcade games work with MAME emu so its not worth it to even get it. Use CPS 2 for all your arcade emu needs.

I really wanna play Dragon Ball Z: V.R.V.S. (Sega System 32x) on my PSP but unfortunately none of the MAME emulators on PSP support it. =\
