I downloaded Doom 0.4 but it doesn't work,
there comes an error... I just put the Doom folder
into psp\game\, doom is available on the psp, but can't run.
Any help?
2.
Is there an PSP Internet Browser that can show all Sites?
Because I read that the browser of update 2.0 only can
show HTML.
3.
I'd like to make games for my PSP, but can't C++, but
I can do modelling, who wants to make it together with me?

I have the same problem when I try to run doom. It would be nice to get some help because all of the tutorials offered dont help much

ok i'm gonna try and be as helpful as possible on this one... as i'm sure u'll both get flamed at some stage... seems to be a bit of a theme on this forum for some people...

anyways... first... are you running 1.5 firmware? have you made you have both the Doom and Doom% folders in the PSP/Game folder ?

also have you made sure you have .WAD file(s) in the correct place? (i'm pretty sure u dump it in the Doom folder...

i haven't gotten it working, but i heard you needed to have the folder named a certain way for it to work... but the latest version doesn't require this so make sure you have the latest (i will be testing it tonight)

and if it isn't already setup with KXploit you will need to do this first (so you have the folder with and without a % next to it)

hope some or any of this helps

I read you have use 2 Memory Sticks, in one is the "DOOM" folder in the
other the "DOOM%" folder and you have to do a swap trick with those sticks, but
i don't have two sticks...
I have firmware 1.5 and i just extracted the doom version 0.4 into the
"PSP\GAME\" folder.

I changed to dpad doom. Now my save dosent show up. How do i fix that? And can i get full screen and still use the stick? And have the good sound?

doesn't matter anymore, have version 2 now, don't need that game,
have better games.

You don't need 2 memory cards. Just download doom and place the 2 folders in your game folder. Then download the wad and place it in your DOOM folder. The folder without the %. I learned how to do that by reading the tuturial on it. It's quite easy.

The problem, talking about Lantus' Doom version, remember, is that Doom has to be named "DOOM-PSP" and "DOOM-PSP%" to work. This has been an issue from the start and was why there are multiple threads of people who had the same problem. I believe changing the names to the folders will solve your problem...
