I think you may have answered your own question. You need a usb cable to connect the psp to the computer and put files on it right? :drool:

the reason it has computer specs is because the kids who cant get online Via WiFi they can download them and put them on their psp's hence they need a 1.0 or 2.0 usb drive on their computer.... i dont know how you didnt get that...

foster92, did you even read the news report?

"Download contents via broadband to Memory stick, enjoy high quality videos on PSP or other supported devices." -Note, when they say broadband it usually does not mean wi-fi, or else they would say so.

"Sony Computer Network (service name: So-net) is going to provide "H.264/MPEG-4 AVC" format high quality video content download service via user's PC to memory stick..".

It's also worth noting that the news report makes no mention of places where to download it from or how that works, which also should have been a dead giveaway.
Try thoroughly reading news before asking questions about them in the future.
