how bout someone tells us whats in 2.0 it's on the official site I am not updating until somthing officially says that homebrew works on it or a crack is made to play homebrew on it.

Wow very selfish of you.. Suddenly you think you're special.. Thinking you can throw other people's PSP's in the line of fire to proctect yours.. I hate when people do stuff like this.. ANYWAYS! Many people are already going to test this.. Hahaha, why ask? Like no one in the community was going to update until someone asked them to test it so they wouldn't hurt they're japanese baby? This thread is awesome. Not only does septor triple posted within 3 min., but now apparently Japaneese text is what an encyrption is. So if I send you to, say, koanmijpn.co.jp, it's now an encrypted page? Second, why would sony make it publicly avaliable on their page, say a new firmware is coming out, then not allow you to use it?

Since I'm going to update anyway, I'll keep you updated on the changes. You guys already know what's going to be in it, so I don't know why you're all so obsessed with someone downloading the update. By the way, I use a JAP PSP, so there's no chance I'll brick mine.

No you don't. If you want to see if 2.0 is out without downloading: go [Here] and look here (next to download link)

ダウンロードできるデータはバージョン 1.52です。
※バージョン2.00へのアップデートは2005年7 月27日から開始します。

This says: *2.00 comes out on the 27th, and this will be updated when it is released (something like that)

When the above bolded part is gone, it is most likely able to be downloaded
