Yesterday used Calo pack to recover from 302 OE-B to 1.5 and then aplied Chewy954 easy installer 303 OE-A for 1.5 all went fine.
Then used Chewy954 easy installer for 302 OE-B on 4 PSPīs and also went all fine.
My first was also on 302 OE-B but had installed devhook 52 on it so i decided not to take risks and recover it first to go up to 303 OE-A.
All went the tits and using the 32mg stick wich i couldnīt if i was using the manual instalation to create my self the dxar file.
Yeah, all the tits indeed thanks Chewy954 and thanks Calo and specialy Dark Alex for such amazing work. Thanks Sony for creating such nice firmware with PSX emulator, yeah
Tomorow iīll do 3 more and get my 90 Euros, i need money.

Seroiously, I am willing to bet money that the 3 people that bricked and couldn't recover are either:
(A) Lying
or
(B) Completely deleted Flash0 & Flash1

Yeah, I semi-bricked when I ran out of flash space while flashing a coldboot, I easily recovered by putting PSP filer into the recovery folder or whatever.

I recovered successfully. Custom firmware is worth it for the recovery menu alone.

I bricked couldn't use the recovery boot instead used the auto boot feature to recover. Recovery said I need to charge my battery 75% but it was already full.

Uhhhhhhh................

People with custom firmware would brick less because they have recovery mode. And if you're basing that on people who brick while installing, prove to me that someone has actually done that (without doing something like taking out the power cord etc) D_As custom firmwares pwn .

(Most people who vote that they brick have not actually bricked)
