Talking AVI, MOV, MP4, OGM, MKV, NUT, ASF, WMV and more on your PSP!!!
I'm not sure if this has been found out yet but i've just found that an unknown Korean guy has made a homebrew app which is basically a Multi-Media Player for PSP which supports a whole range of different video formats!

yea..we already know about this program they have it on QJ DL any the program is kinda ****y becuase it only plays short clips and it dosen't play all of those becuase I tryed mkv and avi and they both dont work

I played like 1000 of avi's and all of them crashed my psp, I tryed mkv's crashed my psp and some mpg files crashed my psp as well

Put them anywhere. Just navigate to the video you want to watch and select it. Some videos end up freezing sometimes. .
