i have a noobie question lol

does cwCheat flash and what is the latest one for 3.03OE-A? or which should i choose?

k how would i change discs in PSX games with cwCheat?

You don't need to do it with CWCheat. Most games give you the option to save before you change, so you just need to replace the ISO.

ya i know, but i mean like in Metal Gear Solid, i hear u cant, just want to know ahead cause gonna play it soon

Then you heard right, you just can't. Only games that allow save points before game disk swap work as of right now, by over writing Disk2's game ID number with Disk1.
