You know how it streams stuff do i have to be in my house or can i use it anywhere??

It depends on how you set up the server, I'm sure. You can have it stream directly from your computer's ip and then connect to that specific ip from any wireless hotspot. It's best to consult people who've done it, I guess. I've streamed in my room here but not from a more global location.
