that contianed the high risk virus

NOT SURE WHAT IT DOES

Note... i Downloaded most of these from !!!!!NOOBZ!!!!!

Be Warned To Scan All file with a good virus scanner (i used Norton), that you download to downgrade your psp especially from noobz!!!!!!!......

I followed all of the instructions even reformatted the memory stick to start fresh and re-installed all of the files from the guide for my psp with 2.80 and TA-082. I cant get HEN to start. I get the picture under photos (have also tried it as slideshow) and try to run it, nothing happens. I have tried it for the past hour, probably 100 times. Any suggestions?

Regarding your guide on the Pandora's Battery for the Phat, is there anything else I need to do in order to install custom firmware after doing the said guide? And I assume this is guide doesn't open your battery, since I'm stuck on 3.03 with no access to an unpatched GTA:LCS or Lumines, and with no one else with a psp.

Hen for 2.80 is the hardest to start for most. Tho it should at least give you some kind of action like freezing, colored screen ect to show it is at least attempting. Lexar MS's have had trouble running HEN before. Sony and Sandisk should work fine.

You sure your PSP is not 2.81? If the problem persist you may wanna try the 3.50 DG Guide instead. Lumines is a easy rent from any place that rents out PSP games and any version works. HEN should load up first to 2nd try and you will be on your way.

You will need a homebrew able PSP to help you make a Pandora battery. If you can' access GTA:LCS or Lumines your currently stuck then for now. Maybe a rental shop around you were you can pick it up?

then back to the menu screen. Been running as slideshow, powering off after each attempt, formatted sony ms.
Do I just keep trying or am I doing something wrong?

Keep trying until it works. Try another memory stick. Try setting a background image and pressing Start to run the slideshow. Basically, it'll either work or freeze your PSP. If it's freezing your PSP, you're not doing anything wrong; it's just a very very shaky exploit. But when it works, it works 100%.

You can't, unless you can get access to a hacked PSP.

my Hen image shows up however the loader shows as corrupt, im attempting the 2.80 downgrade although my psp is 2.81

so if this wont work is there another way i can get back to 1.5?

Im living in Japan and i am on the verge of buyin a PSP, of course id like to use all the new advantages of the model with double the ram more speed and so on. But then i read here that one needs an old PSP with 1.50 Firmware to do all this stuff here around? Cuz id like all the kewl homebrew stuff and if there is an emulator which can run the PSX games on PSP, damn FFVII on the run id be hapy like hell.

So what do u suggest i do. grap an old one at first get all this stuff working and then buy a new one and do this battery thing?

Im sorry bothering with newby questions though, if never been to all that stuff here so thanks in advance for helping a noob out!

of course would be better only to buy one PSP btw...but if there is no other way around... and one last thing, since i am in japan all the stuff here runs with japanese PSPs and games to aint it? reat the jap. I had no trouble upgrading my 2.6 PSP to a 2.71 that was easy. I am however having trouble with the Hen. after I took the files and copied them to the root, and changed the EBOOT.pbp to UPDATE.pbp I plugged in my PSP adaptor and highlighted the photo icon pressed triangle then slideshow nothing happens it just goes through a slide show of the hen image. what did i do wrong?

I upgraded my psp to a 3.5 from 3.11

I also have the T-82 MotherBoard since I have the letters

Of IC1003.

When I proceed to downgrade, do I need some program called

"HEN"? Or can I proceed by extracting the files, adding the

1.5 update and going trhough Lumines?

Or do I need the HEN program and some other things?
