Hey guys i have a 2.81 with TA 062 Motherboard. I read that i need an unpatched version of GTALCS.. I only have a downloaded version. Will that work? Or do i need an original unpatched UMD?
You need the original unpatched UMD....ThHe iso will do you no good..

Btw i have downgraded/emulated before with the Zephyrus AIO package a while ago.. All was working well untill a friend of mine updated my firmware from 2.71 to 2.81 last week in order to play an original game that he had. So i cannot use that AIO package anymore. I have deleted everything from memory stick. So when i get the GTALCS i can still downgrade with this tutorial right?

But you really dident need gta if you have a fw of 2.71...
I know i didnt need it.. Like i said earlier a friend of mine updated my fw to 2.81 without me knowing it. So i told him and now he is going to pay for the unpatched GTALCS. :)
keep getting that update 3.03 is curopt
make sure you putting it in the PSP/GAME/UPDATE/EBOOT.PBP everything caps
did it for th 4th time downloaded 3.03 from 2 different site still get corrupted data when trying to update

downloaded the 1sth one from here followed the steps to the tee can get it 2 work i have firmware 2.81 trying to upgrade 2 3.03 so i can downgrade
Ok guys i upgraded manually to 3.50 then downgraded to 1.50 using Lumines its all worked and everything but now i have no web browser on my PSP and its asking me to input a WEP key but the security i had on it was WPA-TPSIK(something like that)
Can anyone help?
Also i have the game Infected and its asking me to update my software to 2.60 but is it true if i do this i wont be on 1.50 anymore?

All sorted now though i installed DevHook and its back to normal,another successful downgrade here and it was the first time i have ever done anything like that

You cant ask that here those are ISO's and aren't allowed here. Plus in order to downgrade you need the offical UMD you could try the padora battery but you need two psp and one with homebrew if you can't get one then try the link in my thread
Ok, so when you are supposed to copy the contents of the "MS_Root" folder in the downgrader zip, the folder contains another folder called "psp".
Since the root of the memory stick also contains a "psp", are you meant to replace it?
Yeah replace it all, and copying the files is the first thing you do

You need to update to 3.03 before downdating as Team N00bz only designed the downdater for 3.03.

Wow read the guide, it not that hard. You need run LCS, meaning start the game, and then load the downgrader.
The 2.0 version just means that you have the right LCS, and running that won't do anything.

Alright...I'm gonna walk you through this, but first let me ask you couple of things...
You are on version 3.03...right?
And you have named everything right, (make sure you have file extension shown, and aren't naming it update.pbp.pbp.)
