Talking How To Charge Your PSP while ONLINE!!

Ok I noticed this when I downgraded 3 of my friends PSPs. Ok this is really simple, but you will need GTA LCS.

HOW TO
1.) Upgrade to 3.03
2.) Downgrade using the 3.03 Downgrader and HEN303, BUT do not plug in you PSP charger.
3.) Upgrade to 3.03 OE-C and plug in your PSP charger.
4.) You did it
5.) Go online in any game (I tested on Socom FTB2 and Syphon Filter Dark Mirror)
6.) Plug in PSP charger.
7.) Orange light should come on.

NOTE: I am not responsible if anything happens to your PSP during this process. I have downgraded 3 PSP's all the same way. Before I did any of this I went online to test my theory. They were all 3.03 and they would not charge online. I have 3.03 OE-C and I didn't downgrade I still could not obtain the orange light. So it has to be this way.

If anyone knows how to do this with upgrading to 3.03 then downgrading let me know.... I upgraded my friends PSP, but I don't want to upgrade mine, cause I heard once you upgrade you can't upgrade to a higher firmware again.

Hmm.. this COULD be a feature for DAX to add in future versions, charging while using WLAN.

I think this happens when you overclock your PSP to 333mhz.

Glad you like it. See I thought it was some kind of glitch. I thought there was a .prx out there, but maybe it's just a glitch I found in the PSP. Well with 3.03 OE-C. I have 3.03 OE-C and I can verify it doesn't work. The only way I got it to work was from downgrading my friends PSP. I guess my idea would be great for 3.03 OE-D. So... yea. If I could get into contact Dark_Alex.

Uh.. I always thought the number 1 fool-proof-any-idiot-can-do-it hack to charging your PSP was: plugging it in the charger? O_o

Yea.... Maybe you should read more into my post. CHARGING WHILE ONLINE. The orange light comes on. You can't do it. The only way I can do it is through the process above. I could be wrong. If so please correct me, cause I don't like this proccess I would have to upgrade my PSP. I would rather like a .prx or something that lets you charge while online.

Yup. It maintains a charge at it's current rate so it won't go down. (So said Sony). When I plugged it into my friends PSP the orange charging light came on and it was charged in about 2 hours.

Hey did you test how long you can go with WLAN on while charging? Because I did and after 3 Hours of play, My PSP gets REALLY HOT. I would Like to know from others If this has happened to them, Because Its kinda annoying

Also In PSP Radio, I can WLAN While Charging at 333 mhz, but still the PSP gets severely hot.

Default no

It "maintains the charge". Not charges it online. There is a difference.
