Ok do theu have a devhook that can load u to fw 3.01 and when I do I am able to play any game up to 3.01. I have winning eleven 9 which is 2.60. megaman maverick hunter X which is 2.71, and marvel ultimate alliance which is 3.01. I want to be able to load 3.01 off my 1.50 psp and play my marvel game and when I am done I can go to main page of the psp and load up megaman without having to switch my devhook or anything like that. I haven't been on my psp in a long time that is why I am asking which is the besy devhook to load up in FW up to 3.01 without having to switch devhook versions at all.

The latest one, Dev Hook 0.52 (I think or it might be 0.53)it can emulate up to 3.03
I recomend Dark Alex 3.03 OE-C

Ya I looked up dark alex's custom firmware developments so I'm gonna use dark alex plus I hear his custom firmware has a psx emulator or will have one.

Sony added the emulator in 3.0. We can now use it to play our own games or *cough*downloaded games*Cough* on our PSP instead of buying them off the PS Store. But get 3.10 OE-A instead of DevHook. ^_^

how do you use the pxs emulator on the custom firmware. It has somthing called popstation and i hear that is the psx emulator. Also I have megaman X6 so how do I put my game on the emulator and how do you put the psx roms on the emulator.

popstation is not the emulator. Sony put the emulator on there in 3.0. The ISO must be converted into an EBBOT and it loads from the Game folder on the menu. You have to use a program like CDRWIN to get the ISO and then use popstation to convert it into an EBOOT. Yea, I told him a software, sue me. I dont see what the probelm is if he OWNS the game.

Ya I still own my PSX and I own megaman X6 which would be sweet to play it on my psp but thanks for the tip. Ill look up that CDRWIN and hopefully get it to work on my psp

OK I have megman X6 in my cd drive on my PC. How do I convert it to an iso or an eboot. Is that wat CDRWIN is for??

You can use any program that can generate an iso/bin from a CD. My recommendation is ISO Buster since CDRWin is just a _little_ old and can't produce isos (needed for games with music tracks) and instead produces a bin + mp3s or wavs.
