Default WPA with psp radio and pimp streamer?

I downgraded my friends PSP for him and i put pimpstreamer and psp radio on it and they all worked. That was with the same connection i have on my psp right now. Well as you know there was the downgrader released 3.03 to 1.5 etc i now have the 3.03 OE-C custom firmware and psp radio. Everything is in the right place to my understanding but it says that its enabling the network and then it times out. And the same with pimp streamer. It says that its connecting step 1 step 2 and then it stops and wont connect. AFKim also will not connect. Can anyone help out? Thanks.

WPA connections are not supported on 3.0x OE-x under the 1.50 kernel, because the 1.50 kernel only supports non-secured and WEP-secured connections. Switching to the 3.0x kernel won't be much help, either, since the homebrew likely won't load that way. For now, you'd just have to use a WEP connection, or turn security off.

You can connect to WPA with 1.50 kernel set up in 3.xx OE-x although, it might take a lot of tries to succeed. The PSP itself has problems with connecting to WPA secured networks whatever the kernel is set to...

You'd think D_A would be able 2 re-direct the Net functions in homebrew to the 3.xx kernel..

For Consistency and a lot less migraines just go with WEP or Open until we get confirmation from the DEV's much luv for D_A, ****y****, and Raf. That there brew is ready for WPA

yeah browser works fine in the OEs on a WPA network but PSPRadio doesn't work and Pimpstreamer seems to just crash when trying to create a connection w/o letting you exit via home or any other means.

The VSH is always running under the 3.xx kernel in the OE's wich is why the browser works fine with WPA. Changing the kernel affects what directory 1.50 kernel homebrew is run on (GAME or GAME150). Any homebrew placed in the 1.50 directory will run under the 1.50 kernel which doesn't support WPA.
