V1.0 owners and firmware

This is a discussion on V1.0 owners and firmware within the PSP Homebrew and Hacks Discussion forums, part of the PSP Development, Hacks, and Homebrew category; I'm interested in how VERSION 1.0 owners are using their PSP's these days. This poll has the following 4 options: ...

Lightbulb V1.0 owners and firmware

I'm interested in how VERSION 1.0 owners are using their PSP's these days. This poll has the following 4 options:

Once V1.0 always V1.0
- a proud V1.0 owner who hasnt updated, despite the similarities between 1.0 and 1.5

Updated to Version 1.5
- a V1.0 owner who updated to V1.5, perhaps for the new options included, or to be able to play newer games etc...

Updated to Version 2.0
- an original V1.0 owner who updated to V2.0 (for whatever reason), whether it be V1.0->V2.0 or V1.0->V1.5x->V2.0

Updated in error
- V1.0 users who updated to anything above V1.0, but wished you hadnt

Remember, this Poll is only for VERSION 1.0 owners (PSP-1000)
Multiple Poll posts allowed for multiple PSP owners or people who knowingly updated, but went on to regret it... etc.

How about:

Have an original 1.0 that will ALWAYS be 1.0, but purchased another PSP for the 1.5 stuff... That's me....

(Yeah, I'll probably eventually buy another one for 2.0 and up as well... Depends on whether it gets for homebrew anytime soon or not...)

I've got a 1.0 and since PSP games don't really interest me I'm never upgrading, unless some future firmware gets cracked. Loving my 1.0 and wouldn't want to deal with the kxploit business for any game, no matter how easy you 1.5 people say it is.

Yes with Sei Tools or PSP Brew.

I had a 1.0 but upgraded to 1.5 a few weeks ago and I would say its worth it. You can play more games, photos load quicker, and I like to add custom images to my eboots so it takes me no longer to create the files than it previously would. Anyways, a lot of programs are coming out with only 1.5 eboots so it is actually faster for some stuff.
