I just had this problem a few days ago. Your psp says this because the wma has something on it called drm. it is a protection that doesn't allow you to play the file on mp3 players (sony psp). try using FairUse4wm. Search google for it. Im not for sure if it will work for napster files. If it doesn't try "wma drm remover" in google. Hope that helps!

yeah DRM is sucks, makes a bad audio codec like WMA even worse and a decent codec like AAC goto crap. Its why I'm an OggVorbis man. ;P
