there's no back button, you have to go back to the links list and reopen the webpage from the begining, 2.00 Browser has a Back and Forward, and the techi browser can't open HTML Files Ofiinline Like the Sony One,

How would you compare them? There's no one that has both, unless they have two PSPs. And of course, the official one is better. Dur. The only advantage of the homebrew one is keeping 1.5. That's it.

Plus with Tenchi I can still use my homebrew; Oh yay!

the 2.00 Browser is the best, almost fully fuctional, the tenchi browser doesnt have a back button but runs extremely fast. personally i take homebrew and the tenchi browser over just a browser...
