Shoutcast radio for all firmwares 2.60 - 3.11+

I have some extra bandwidth on my server, so I figure I'll share it with anyone who wants internet radio on their XMB. This works on all firmwares 2.60 - 3.11 and should work for all future firmwares.

Just go to http://dl.breakdecks.com/shout/ on your PSP and click the link. Add the RSS feed to your channels and listen to shoutcast from your PSP XMB.

I only have a few stations on there right now, but I will be expanding.

If you want me to add a station for you, I'll do it for points:

10,000 to add a station to the main file.
300,000 for your own XML files
500 to add a station to your personal XML file (free if it is already in the main).

And if you buy your your own XML file, you get 10 free stations.

Just mention what you want when you donate.

DISCLAIMER: This service can be discontinued for any reason without warning. If it does, I will refund all purchases made 5 day prior to shutdown.

NOTICE: All streams are mirrored off of my server. Attempting to stream radio stations not included in the XML files by modifying the URL will get your IP address permanently banned from my server. (this applies for anyone, including those with their own XML files)

Also, out of courtesy, please stop streaming when you aren't using it. I have 1.5 TB/month of bandwidth, which should be more than enough, but keep in mind that 17 hours of music is roughly equal to 1 GB of transfer. Don't worry though, I won't ban you for excessive streaming.

*Ask for a station, I'll add it if I think it would be good. Bribing me with points will make it more likely that I'll add a station.

I can make exceptions based on what station. If I like the station I might not charge that much. But 2000 points isn't near enough.

I don't do this to be greedy, I just don't want a flood of requests. Also, with too many stations hosted at once, my bandwidth will be hit hard.

Also, mention your station here. If others want it, I'll accept a group request, as long as collectively the donations add up to 15,000 points.

ok, it was detriot michigans q 955, they have the best music ever and also host open house party on the weekends, they have mojo in the moring, it the best station, sorry I don't have enough points hopefully other people will want it and I can get a group reguest, the site seems to be down right now for there station, www.q955.com

They do that to me sometimes, but not very often. It might have something to do with your connection speed. I'll look more into this.

i hav 2mb(240kbps) connection and a 108mbps netgear wireless modem

I have a 6Mb/s connection over a 54Mb/s Linksys router and it works fine. I would just re-download the XML file.

i not a US resident so it wont let me connect

and i am going to try downloading the XML again , if i had money i would find a good rock station for you to put on, but i'm skint and i don't know how many people like rock

it says that i must be a us resident or a us soldier working abroad becoz of licensing issues. i click on us soldier and it asks for soldier details and other stuff.

I added it, but Channel 955 is proving to be difficult. If you happen to know the exact address of the stream I should be able to add it to the list, I can't seem to find it.

yes, but I need the actual media stream, not just the page. The stream has to be a mpeg audio stream for me to get it to work. I cannot seem to find it, yet it does call a mplayer plugin (that I don't currently have) so I assume that there should be one in there somewhere.
