^_^ Ladies and gents, I give you a beta of my new program:
ThemeMagic!
I will just post part of my readme here to help describe it:

vsh\resource\gameboot.pmf ~Change the gameboot (Video/sound for homebrew)
vsh\resource\htmlviewer.r es ~Change the sounds of the browser
vsh\resource\impose_plugi n.rco ~Change the Volume Bar
vsh\resource\opening_plug in.rco ~Change the cold boot sound (I think)
vsh\resource\premo_plugin .rco ~I have no clue, but it was in a theme package.
vsh\resource\system_plugi n.rco ~Change XMB Sound Effects (I think)
vsh\resource\system_plugi n_bg.rco ~Change the XMB Wave
vsh\resource\system_plugi n_fg.rco ~Change the Clock

The way my program works is simple: If you choose to use a saved/new theme, it restores your psp to the same state as when you first ran my program, and then it applys the new theme. This way, if there is a difference between two themes, you won't have bits left over.
If you just want to add some things to your current theme, add it to the Theme\AddNew folder. (If you do not see this folder, then run my program to create it.) Although this is faster and safer than most ways of flashing, flashing is not safe. Please have full battery, and be careful.
Notice, my program assumes you will not give a Topmenu_plugin.rco if you have 3.10 OEA. IF you do, just tell it to flash your default folder and it will fix you back up. (please dont delete the default folder).

>.> anywho, I want someone to help me test this. I have already created a backup of my theme, and I messed around a tad.
^_^ Any feed back would be welcome.
