-= Double Post =- I downgraded back to 1.50 and up'ed to 3.40 OE-A works fine now. I think it was the easy installer that I used that caused the problem. Thanks for the help fellas! Last edited by kbracing6; 08-02-2007 at 11:45 AM.. Reason: Automerged Doublepost |

Does SNESPSP TYL work under 3.71 M33-4?
Emultor loads fine, but it won't show any of the roms I've placed in the /ROMS/ folder at all. Yes they are SNES roms they work perfectly on SNE9X on my PC.. I can't for the life of me get SNESPSP to display them |

Do I have to have "corrupt data" displaying beside my SNES emulator, it annoys me

I assume you mean the second folder which displays as "corrupt"? There's a simple and long known way to quickly take care of that by renaming the folders.
kxploited 1.5 program folder group example: snes snes% rename them as follows: snes becomes __SCE__snes snes% becomes %__SCE__snes Once renamed you won't see the data folder show up in the XMB. |

Hold R and power up your psp to go into RECOVERY MODE, then select configuration, and enable "hide corrupt icons" It should be like the second line in the configuration menu.

I've used all the settings listed for the Daedalus r13, but when I play roms, they are so laggy, its not even funny. I don't even know why it is laggy, I've done everything that I was supposed to. Please help.
-= Double Post =- [QUOTE=Moose Island] Have you tried enabling frameskip, by 1 or maybe 2? Also, try the newly released R13, it might give you better results. ok, i even did what this guy suggested, and it didn't help at all. The laggyness may have even gotten worse. I even went as far as to try the r14beta that is out now, but its all laggy, which tells me that there is something wrong with the settings of the psp itself, not the daedalus... Anyway, the fps gets an average of 12 and it even got as high as 20 or so once, but that was when the cut scene was at a white screen part. Do you need custom firmware for this? No, you don't, however custom firmware is good to have.
Anyway, Daedalus isn't perfect emulation. Depending on the game you may get great speed, or as with you you might get a bunch of lag. Really it depends on the game, there isn't much you can do about it.
