Switching from CFW to OFW and back regularly
Alright, since I have a small feeling that any 5.55 or 6.00 cfw will not be released anytime soon, I'm going to buy a pandora battery and mms and switch from CFW to when I wanna play my ISO's and POPS loaded PS1 games, and OFW games that require 5.55 or above. But I'm a big skeptic so of course, I have a few questions. And no, I'm a lazy guy, I'm not going to make a mms or pandora battery...I have no extras /:
A quick note, I have a PSP 2000, with 5.00 M33-6. I used ChickHen R2, with Hellcat's recovery flasher since my PSP came with 3.60 firmware, didn't need to downgrade it.
First question, I'm going to buy a 1 gig MMS, but I want to use my own 8gb Sandisk memory stick that has my CFW goodies. After I switch to OFW when I wanna run a umd game, would I be able to use my 8gb memory stick? It still has the ChickHen files in it, and Hellcat's recovery flasher, as well as one plugin and that is POPS. Or will I have to use an entirely different memory stick (I don't think I can afford a MMS 8gb...) for OFW?
Second question, after downgrading my PSP if I switched to OFW, do I need to have my Pandora battery (and along with the previous question, the MMS) in all times after the initial CFW installation, or can I neatly tuck it away when I need to use it next?
I think that's all, ya I'm impatient but hey, I'll probably need a pandora battery and mms sometime, you never know when you'll get a brick ;D.
