i download a pack of themes 23 cant remember from where but some of the theme's when i go to videos or music freeze up and/or restart the psp was wondering if it is a common occurance with .ctf themes or if its something else one theme i had this problem with is potstation portable

its never happened to me before... try some of the themes from Free PSP Games download - CTF Themes if it happens again just go on youtube and search it up. or you could try reinstalling the cxmb stuff. theres over 280 themes there so theres bound to be one youd like!

I have experienced things like that in themes that have been poorly hexedited, but not often. I use potstation portable and I haven't had any such problem.

as i said i download it in a pack but i went and found the individual file and downloaded it and it works fine now so it has to be something with the theme pack i downloaded

all of a sudden no icons just backround i tried download alienware theme and the icons still aren't there i am suppose to use the 4.01 themes right? i download the alienware theme from the site recommended to me

i know this is a little off the topic but i give up on premades im going to learn how to make my own
can i use it to make my own i just got in the mood to watch rocky horror picture show and wish to make my own theme of it now using various things form the movie i intend to make a gameboot with audio also I got as far as making a ptf (time conusming finding pics other resources online) Last edited by soontobepspowner974; 11-07-2009 at 08:20 PM.. |

To make a ctf you will have to hex edit rcos and prx modules that are normally loaded from flash0. After you have you hex edited rcos and prxs you can pack them into a .ctf theme. CXMB works by loading all those hexedited rcos and prxs in the ctf theme instead of flash0. Of course you will need a base ptf theme.

also even with the premade im still not getting the icons. i get the classic icons over a wallpaper of my theme neone know what i gotta do to fix this
