Can someone let me know what firmware I need to upgrade back to 2.0. i have a japanese PSP but downgraded to play homebrew/emu. Does it matter what firmware (US,Europe,Jap) I use to get back to 2.0.?
Oh and does Chrono Trigger and Super Bonk work on the SNES emu that is working on the 2.0 eboot loader. Thats all I'm playing at the mo so won't want to upgrade if they don't!!
1- it does not matter what firmware to go to 2.00Zitat:
Zitat von Chewy
2- chrono does, never played the other game
all roms work(unless your rom is retarded, sorry)
Yes!...I'm glad 'cause I love since a lot of years the Doom saga and it really works and that's not all...you can change the wad file in the "\wad" folder and "voila!!"...you'll got doom II, the corrupt priest, half-life, and many others... ;)
Thanks Fanjita...thanks, and thankssssssssss!!!!!!!!.. . :D
I'm guessin the sms emu isn't working on the current version, sorry I don't feel like reading 65 pages of thread to find out, but it is on the working list but my roms don't show up when I eboot the emu
It does work. That's what the EBOOT LOADER 03 folder is for ;).
How did you manage to run the half-life mod??? or just any modZitat:

Hello!
Sony Remote 0.2 isn't working for me.
I mean, I am able to load it, and it displays on the screen that it is sending commands, but nothing happens with my Wega TV. And I don't have PS2 to try.
so I just go through that folder in the picture section instead and they will show up? sorry but I am a noob
am I supposed to have special roms for the psp, for some reason the ones i run on my pc don't show up on .7. they are genesis roms that work on my computer. am i putting the sms folder in the right psp folder : games.
i can't save my games with RIN, i think i have v1.1
is there a new version of RIN where i can save???
I got PSPOS/PSIX beta running on the loader...
Also, Xynth runs.. but shuts the PSP off after a few seconds because of running out of memory I suppose if you start it by pressing X..
If you start it by pressing SQUARE with alternative parameters, it loads great!! :D
is gba 1.1 working for 2.0 yet
I can't run LUA. I have loader 0.7, and i have installed the LUA patch (USER_LUA patch for EBOOT loader v0.7). It says:
error: [string "?"]:6 : unexpected symbol near '5'
error: no script file found
What's wrong?
Wasn't sure cuz the 03 folder was still included.Zitat:

The computer uses the same roms. In the emulator folder a folder named ROMS should be made.
Yeah the roms folder is there and that's where I put them, but for some reason when the emulator runs they don't show up on the screen where you pick which rom to runZitat:

Hi everyone :Punk:
Its really nice, homebrew and emulators on 2.0! Keep the good things coming!!
I got almost everything working, but the Lua player gives me sometimes problems. Be sure that you have no UMD in. when starting the Lua player.
everytime i open up an eboot in version 0.3 it just says "eboot loader by fanjita (based on work by taosome)" someone help!
get version 0.7. I mean, thats all I can think of. get the newest version instead of... whatever you're up to.Zitat:

Zitat von MetalHeadZaid
edit- nope openin it really quick doesnt work
Is there a way to get back to the home screen from the eboot loader's menu? I don't like having to turn off the PSP everytime I want to go back and download a new version of whatever program I'm working on.
I have version 0.7 by the way.
Is there PSPmill1.0a version working for 2.00?
I get that a lot, and no. :PZitat:
Zitat von Gohome190
LMAO. I've seen the name Jay C. quite a few times. Pretty common. Zaid(said with a Z) is not very common. I WIN?
Yes. See the 2nd link in my signature. You just need to start USER_LUA, then use that to load PSPMillionaire.Zitat:

Umd emulator 8.0c working for loader 0.7????
These require kernel mode access, so no.Zitat:

P.S
More question marks at the end of a sentence do not make it more of a question :p
It seems every other week there's another new member whose name is almost, but not quite the same as mine. i've seen jay d, jay z, C Jay... more than i can remember.Zitat:
Zitat von MetalHeadZaid
and I've noticed that more and more programs are working with the releases of newer eboot loaders. I'm assuming this means that there are still small errors being worked out in the execution below the kernel acess boundary. Does this mean that the new GBA will ever work, or does it require kernel? I got it to boot to menu, if i remember correctly, but it froze at the rom.
Does anyone know if Jview works on firm ware 2.0, I havent read this entire thread or seen it any where else. Sorry if im repeating something that is generally known. I also looked at Fanjita site and didnt see it mentioned there. I guess for me this app is critical bc I like to read my manga and listen to music at the same time. Thanks in advance.

Jveiw doesn't work on the loader, it does load up but crashes after about 10 seconds :(Zitat:
Zitat von Elhandro
Thanks for the quick response. Untill 2.0 can do Jview and fast loader, Ill keep mine at 1.5 i guess, I dont think i could live w/o my manga and music.Zitat:
