Check the working list for the recommended loader version for various programs. 0.8.5 took a step back in compatibility with quite a few things. I deliberately didn't fix it at the time (you can still run 0.8 and 0.7 next to it), because it takes too long. Some of the fixes in 0.9 (not yet out) seem to fix a lot of the broken ones again, though.Zitat:

Well depending on what version your using, if your using .12 it works only on loader .7. I suggest you use luaplayer .13 since i havent had any problem with that yet and it works on loader .8.5Zitat:

well the difference between those roms and say a rom of a game that you can go out and buy at wal-mart is those are "homebrew roms" means those people made it for free use....its just in a format that can be playable on a GBC emulator....
Those ROMs are homebrew ROMs - i.e. they're just like homebrew written for the PSP, but they were written for the GBC. The authors have said that they can be freely distributed, and so they are legal to download and use.Zitat:

Generally, use the files found in the 1 directory.
Yeah google is a great way to find...."homebrew".....ro ms for your snes emulator....

Ok,sorry if this was asked before but theres alot to read through to check and i havent found it yet so here we go. I recently downloaded the newest version, 8.5, from fanjitas site and put it all into my psp's memory stick accordingly and all. The menu for the loader comes up fine but when i try to access any of my emulator folders in the Game folder in the loader menu it only shows one folder and the name for that folder is made up of jumbled characters. I thought maybe it could only handle one folder at once so i left my NesterJ in there and it loaded just fine, but still had random characters displayed for the folder name instead of just its name. Afterwards i tried the snes o.2 tyl emulator for it thats in the working eboot list. It shows up in the loaders file menu as "#p###p##ader 085", i press x to run it and it goes to the blank screen where it would usually start loading it through and it only sais at the top the usual "Eboot loader ver. 8.5 By Fanjita etc.." then goes back to the loaders menu screen. Out of all the emulators i've tried with it only the NesterJ works, I have all the files and eboots in the correct folders so i'm pretty confused,if anyone could give me an idea or point out a obvious answer i missed that'd be great.
