I can't seem to get LUA player 2 work. I am using the patch(the latest 1) and i still cant get it 2 work, BTW i am using 0.8.

How can u get 0.7 and 0.8 working simultanously?
Do u need the 2 root files (l and l_08) and the 0.7 root files 2 make it work?
If u do, will u have 2 change the filename of the 0.7's l.bin?

0.7 uses run_l.tif and l.bin.

0.8 uses run_l08.tif and l_08.bin.

Put the TIFs into separate photo folders, and the two BIN files in the root of the memory stick, and bob's your uncle.

Well i was still having trouble with Eboot Loader freezing even after going into usb mode so i tried a few things and now it works fine for me. This is what i do. If you just turn your psp on or you just exited a rom and want to open up another one just go to usb mode. then get out and go to "Video" and then photo. This works for me...usually i just go to a bunch of different things before PHOTO>Eboot Loader 08 and it works....

same to me :Argh: it dosent respond after you try to load the eboot in LUA folder

[EDIT] I just tryed Attack of the Mutantsv0.4 with v8 loader, it stared but it froze at the logo

[EDIT] agrr. i aready tryed some games like squarez with v8 loader and froze and the http://www.fanjita.org/psp site say that it works. so i guess i need to find v 7 loader

I've been out of the loop for a while (blame GTA) obviously the working EBOOT list is much bigger, but what other progress is being worked on? I'm not saying there is anything wrong or nothing, I'd just like to know how things are going.

Pacmanfan who made Quake made it with no sound so that's not the EBOOT Loader.

Now that I've become PSP smart, I finally figured out how to run certain eboots. Such as which button to boot an eboot with. Doom is L-trigger .

I haven't tried since v0.3 lol.

Sounding brilliant! All that's missing is PSPRadio and PSP PDA, but I guess they won't be coming along anytime soon, will they? And AOTM v4.0a would be nice.

AOTM 4a is hard at the moment, though I'm working on it.

I'm working with the PSP-PDA author to see what we can do there, too, but I've been having problems with my build environment so it may take a while.

Hey guys, any PCE fan around ?
Since the very first version of the Eboot loader i'm trying to run this d**m emulator (PCEP 0.7).
Was working perfectly once in a while on eboot 0.7, was able to do load/save games and even overclock to 333.
It seems all broken on eboot 0.8... :icon_sad: even though Fanjita says it's now a working eboot. Have you guys tried it ?
(i patched the bin file already, no luck)

Not been on here for a while (too busy playing Battlefront 2 on Xbox, brilliant game!), but just downloaded loader v0.8 and it's brilliant, love the menu screen and the clean exit, great stuff, thanks again for all your hard work Fanjita, it really does mean a lot to people. :mrgreen:

yeah, i'd love to have wi-fi working, a lot of the most interesting apps (in my opinion) are wi-fi. It'll take a browser or kernel-hack before we see that on 2.0, though

Thanks for the l8 patch doom is now working with clean graphics (do distortion around edges) and exits cleanly to loader menu.

i search the forums and i looked on your site, i tried your latest version (.08) and everything works except the lua player, i tried to clean install, the fix for (.07) on your page, still getting that error: [string "?"]:6: unexpected symbol near ' looks like a little box '

any ideas?
