    Hi there,
I don't really know where post this information but I think it could be interesting.
I have two different MS, one is a Memory Stick Duo of 32MB, and the other one is Memory Stick Pro Duo of 2GB, this last one has Magic Gate system.
With both MS the LoaderGTA starts properly, so no promblen up to here. Firstly I tried to load the uo_Snes with the 2GB Pro Duo with MagicGate, the first time it works properly, but no more times. Then I have tried it with the 32MB Duo, and what was my surprise it works perfectly all the times I have prove it.
Its posible is MagicGate making anything to the load process?
After this I put again de 2GB Pro Duo, and finally I make it work this way:
1: Start GTA. All load process until I see Toni
2: Button HOME, and go out of the Game.
    3: ReStart GTA.
    4: Load LoaderGTA
5: Wait 20-30 seconds before confirm the load.
    6: Load uo_snes9x
7: When finish, shut down PSP, not suspend PSP.

I have proved all this in a EU 2.5 PSP

I hope this will be useful.

Thank you and sorry for my english. I´m spanish.

Got it working on mine. When you load up the gamesave with the eLoader, where it says are you sure you want to load the gamesave all data will be lost. Wait about 20 seconds before clicking yes. When i did this it loaded up the SnesEmu without a problem. If i Click yes instantly the Eboot loader comes up but I cant load up the Emu

I experienced the exact same thing! It worked perfectly the first time and never after that. (Afterwards it remained at a blank screen for about 10 seconds and the PSP turned off)

I deleted all the eLoader related files, and then copied them back again. I copied the GTA Save file to a folder, deleted it from the PSP and then copied it from the hard drive again for a new timestamp. (Making it load first)

I then proceed to load up the eboot, get to the menu, load the SNES emu (In PSP\GAME\SNES9X\) and still shuts off. Might have to test this a little bit more...

[EDIT] I apparently managed to get around my problem by deleting the other 2 save game folders. (German and USA ones) Still more testing to be done...

[EDIT 2] Ever since I deleted the German (ULES00182S5) and US (ULUS10041S5) folders (I have the UK version) the eLoader has been working perfectly.

When I Load the eLoader Save Game, I wait 5 seconds at the Load Complete Screen. I then say Yes to the confirmation message, and what happens for me is another GTA load screen appears but with no loading bar. After a few seconds I get a blank screen and the eLoader screen kicks in.

The SNES emulator works great (a tad slow though, no problems in Chrono Trigger though) Great work guys

I've installed a snes emulator, and it works flowlessly.. :)
But the problem is, that I am not able to load my GTA savegame.. I've tried to cut my savefile (folder) out of the Memory Stick and copy it back in, but it doesn't help.. Also tried to rename the files and rename them to their correct name afterwards, won't help.

The folder's date is changed to 27. jan.... But the files won't.
    Any suggestions? :)

They way I do it is, I copy the Save Game to the hard drive. I then delete the save game from the Memory Stick, and then copy the hard drive version back to the Memory Stick.

    Works for me.

Someone should just upload the folder with everything in the right places, for people to see. Drag and drop.

    I'll make a guide.. ROFL
yet still my one doesnt work :/

Timbo400's Guide to getting "Homebrew 2.01+ GTA EBoot Loader working"

Ok here is what you need:
    - A PSP with firmware 2.00+ (This guide is mainly for 2.01+ users as 2.00 already has a eboot loader)
    - A Memory Stick with at least one normal GTA gamesave on it (Well if you don't have one, your fu*ked altogether rofl)
    - USB cable to connect your PSP to your PC (To transfer files DUH!)
    - GTA Liberty City: Stories - This game is also required to launch the eboot loader as there is a gamesave "loophole"
    - The 2.0 eLoader for v2.00, v2.01 and v2.50 PSP's created by Fanjita (Thanks alot!) - Here is the link Eboot loader for 2.01+ PSPs
    - And some homebrew for it, in this guide I will be using the "Uo_Snes9x" - Link is here - Snes9x Emulator
    - Also you may need "roms" (the stuff that the emulator uses to play games), I cannot post any of that here, but you can look it up or so

    Starting:

1.First connect your PSP to your PC (If your stick hasn't been in sony psp format, which is where there are the psp folders, exam psp/game or psp/savedata, it is recommended you make them to make this guide a little easier for those noobs out there)

    2. After you have downloaded all the files needed for you PSP you must determine what version your GTA is UK, US or the other one I don't know, really this doesn't matter i think, just unzip the files from the rar file that you downloaded (the eboot file) and then copy all the files into your psp
(The files/folders are "psp", lmao just copy that and paste it into your psp directory, so it looks like this "x*:/psp" * is the drive that the psp is called, on my PC it is "H")

    3. After this what has happened is that since you unzipped/unrarred the files from the eboot file you downloaded, the files are "fresh" and so what happened was that these "fresh" files will be the first to load when GTA loads, you do not want this to happen! So what I did was copy one of my normal GTA save folders onto my desktop then zipped/rarred it and then unzip/unrar it to make them "fresher" than those eboot files (this may sound slow but it gets the job done, and trust me it only takes 5 seconds ) then after the normal GTA files are unzipped just paste them back where they should be! (Your game will not be affected in anyway! it's just the files dates are renewed)

    4. Unzip/unrar those snes files! then what you need to do is go to your psp's game directory on your PC (x:/psp/game/) and create the folder "SNESEMU" so the directory looks like this
    "PSP\Games\SNESEMU" (Can it be "PSP\Games\snes9x"?)

Then also make a folder called "roms" in it so the directory now goes deeper and looks like this

    "PSP\Games\SNESEMU\ro ms"

Then paste that rom that you own into the directory so it looks like this

"PSP\Games\SNESEMU\roms\r om.smc" (Can you paste zip files?)

    5. Now you can remove your PSP from your PC, insert the GTA LC:S UMD into your PSP and run it, hopefully if you have done it correctly your normal GTA saved game will load, if it hasn't re-read and re-follow from step 3.
Now press start and press right till you highlight "game" then press "X" and open "Load Game", scroll down till you find "Fanjita's E-boot Loader" GTA save. Press "X" and the e-boot should load (If it doesn't redo this guide again till it does work), then a background with a white psp should show up and on the left in text "Snes9x emulator" (Something like that) should show up. Press "X" and your emulator should work.
If your PSP freezes and turns off from here you have the same problem I have, if it works you are a lucky *******.

Thank you for taking your time to read this

    Timbo400

You guys can tell me what I am missing from this guide or fix errors or add things, just post below!

Did what you said, works fine!

The timbo400 guide is flawless, great work. But 1 question.

SNES works great and first time.

But how do i test other psp games on the eloader?

just make a folder in games and stick the relevant files there?

wow, this is great. I have fw2.00 so I was already able to run homebrew. But still, this rocks!!

    So what's up now?
Will eLoader be a new product for 2.01+, and ebootloader for 2.00?
Or will both projects be merged into 1 superloader for all firmware versions?
