Pspuae (amiga) Guide

One or two people, including myself have found that pspuae is now very unreliable under 0.96 on 2.6 psps, frequently refusing to start.
This may be a config issue. I dunno, coz thats over my head. Any thoughts or ideas would be very welcome.
For now, I've gone back to 0.95, coz this is one of my fave emulators.

what are some good amiga games?

Stunt Car Racer, Speedball, Speedball 2, Alien Breed, Worms, Lemmings, Secret of Monkey Island, Knights of the Sky

Please give me as much info as possible.
What folders have you setup of the emu etc?
Did you install eLoader 0.96 fresh or over 0.95?
Do you run UAE first of all?
Do you have lots of other homebrew installed?
Did you use the old CFG-file (23feb) from Fanjitas site?
Does eLoader Auto-load or do you load it manually?
Have you notived trouble with any other homebrew that wasen´t with 0.95?
Anything else you can add would be great...

IK+ and Prince of Persia run flawless on pspUAE too :icon_wink

Well I got the emu to boot and also got Alien Breed 2 to boot! However it just crashed while playing :(

But its a start! PLEASE keep working on this guys! Im loving this so far! Thanks for this!

Did the game crash... OR the emulator?

Couse some games just crash becouse they doesen´t work very well
on the emulator itself... or the version you have is corrupted.
Then you´ll get a "RED-SQUARE-with text in it".

If the emulator itself crashed, please try and tell me as much info as possible.
(see list of information tips in post above...)

I tested... Alien breed 1, I think... just a litte... that ran realy good
for me and I had no crash or anything... the little I played it.

i only had the initial boot as a problem. by this i mean that first time i loaded the emulator it crashed and i had the black screen of doom as i have heard it being named.

i have now had no problems with the emulator on any games i run.

the only thing i wish is that the emulator was a bit faster.
anyone got any ideas if any updates are due soon????

UAE is in PSP/GAMES/PSPUAE
0.96 was installed over the top of 0.95, and uses the standard 0.96 config.
I have all of the emulators mentioned below installed.
The problem occurs whether I run uae first, or after another program.
The eloader is not set to auto load.
I havent noticed any trouble with any other programs.
