guys,this is a quake thread,not pspunk´s list

it's turned into a geeky discussion thread...like a Quake chatroom then went off-topic...also, you sure you got the right RDF files ofr your tv?

ya the rdf says panosonic tv and thats the one i tried and it doesnt do anything. is there a way to find out what like specific model tv it is then find the correct rdf? and what does ur ir thing work with?

My comp's high-tech speaker system which is JVC: Model RX-517V, and works with my Pannasonnic TV: Model TV+VCR cache1, which I have the correct RDF's for after searching for a long time :) Also, to find the model number look at it's box, or look at the bakc of the TV, or look closely at your TV's frame and should be able to find something...

Man, I was up for 6 hours last night playing quake and made it to like level 8, and sometimes the game scared the crap outta me and made me freak out inside the game like wasting all my bullets on **** like a zombie even though all I need is a grenade launcher

quake doesnt seem that good..... i liek the doom stuf fbetter.... i eman the controls r all weird liek the anolog stick makes u look around and idk how to walk foward lol

these controls make quake better:
x=Jump
O=Attack
Triangle= Switch weapon
Directional arrows=Looking around
Analog=Controls Walking
L=Walk directly left
R=Walk Directly right
Start=pause
select=open up connection menu
[]=run

Also, I can't get doom or Iris to work so i'm happy to play a great 3d shooter!

Just customize your God damn controls ¬_¬

Btw, I was trying to come up with a practical way to move and look at the same time, so I came up with these controls:

Move Forward: Triangle
Move Backward: Cross (X)
Turn Left: Square
Turn Right: Circle
Look Around: Analog Nub
Change Weapon: Up Arrow
Jump/Swim Up: Left Arrow
Attack: Right Arrow
Run: Down Arrow
Strafe Left: L Trigger
Strafe Right: R Trigger

Maybe that will help some of the people who said the aim/move was awkward. It sure as hell helped me =P

But now no one gets on the shareware server because SOMEONE (">_>) gave the link for the full version, now no one needs the shareware (Btw, I got the full version form you too, I was just messing around =P). But the full version won't fit on my 32 MB memory stick

this is starting to piss me off, no one on this thread is offering any solution on how to get this thing to work, I dont know why we are getting this UDP_Write Error.

Did you try my forums? I alone with the coders, and the MANY that have gotten this to work.. do not have time to read 40+ pages of complaints. one problem. one thread.

nope...I've tried everything! Nothing works, including reflashing my flash0...

yeah, but I've used it 3 times...but this time I know how to get the firmware I want! :twisted:

Whoa, how the hell did you break the Wifi? Were you messing with the flash, then decided to reflash it to see if it would fix it?

how do u get the one u want?

on the back of the PSP's box it has some letters and they circle one of the letters and thats the firmware, but ya need to know what letter each is...I know that a=1.0 b=1.50 c=1.51 d=1.52 e=1.52 and f=2.0 so I need to hit for a f or lower...
