2- Abrir el navegador y poner "file:/index.html"
3- Se os abrira una página, picar a START, y la PSP se colgará

How can it be a fake? All it does is overflow. It doesn't do anything more, it doesn't say it does.

But whats the point? For intensive purposes this is "fake" considering it doesn't do anything/have a purpose. Correct me if I'm wrong.

ok, w/e... But whats the purpose, freeze your psp? I just don't think this is gonna go anywhere...
this is an overflow but this isn't and won't gonna be exploitable as the browser doesn't have any kind of flash access ... :p
