Using the long method when I flash my psp nothing happens 'cause THERE IS NO F1 FOLDER WTF? It seems to be copying from a f1 folder when all the crap is in f0 what do I do?

I just dont get it! how can i use this stuff on my 2.71 hen D when the FW installer includes a "%" folder!!??
i tried but it dont work n it said file corrupted or somethin.
i heard it runs on 1.50 kernel, so why are you fooling people in to thinkin it will do work on 2.71 hen D when it dont. trust me i tried so many progs about first goin in to devhook 0.45 wich is called 0.46 or somethin then u have to emulate 1.50 only if u have a dumper from a friend or foe :S
then to run the FW installer wich fixes 3.02 in your flash for the devhook 0.51 to use in FW 2.71 hen D.?!?!? EVERYONE GET MY POINT OR DO I MISS SOMETHIN!!!
i followed all the steps (Method 1) but when i run DEVHOOK0.51.BETA launcher and select 3.01, i press START DEVHOOK, some letters appear and then it takes me back to 1.50
some1 help plz?
i used method 1 easy install for fw3.01 and dh0.51 but the 3.01 fw doesnt hold any of my settings when i do a full shutdown
Ok so I am using HEN D, I did everything it said, but now whenever I boot from 2.71 or 1.5 all it does is has a corrupt data screen and when I press circle all it does is reset and put me back at the corrupts data screen.

Ok I found the Problem I Think - I Have no room on my Memory stick. Can anyone e-mail me the dump of 3.02 or a link or is that illegal?

and whoa after a day or so of getting 3.01 to work, I come here and see 3.02 works now, so like most I had to be a sheep and follow suit, worked flawlessly using Method #2.....once again awesome work Hardrive
Hey guys, I need help! I just installed the 3.01 firmware using the tutorial (on a 1.5 PSP) and now my homebrew apps won't load! (Mainly the CPS2 emu) Is there something I have to do to get 1.5 apps working again?
EDIT: I figured out the problem, the installer deleted my cps2 directory, or something. What's strange is, the CPS2 stuff is gone, but it's still saying x amount of space on the mem card is being used, but I can't account for it when browsing the stick through windows explorer. This is some weird crap!

I got both versions to work using both methods.
I didnt use the audio.prx file from 2.71 and it works fine.:p

I tried the installer reg.zip, followed the instructions, had to press x to exit out of USB mode, nothing has changed?
I noticed some sort of a "bug" (?) when playing the killzone umd, when ever I would exit the game using the home button (duh), the please wait appears then the psp shuts down. I tried 4 other umd games but they all exits to dh 3.01 normally
killzone just wont exit to 3.01, it just shuts the psp down, I tried using its iso but on my mem stick but still it shuts the psp down
anyone else having trouble with killzone on a 1.5 psp running dh .51?
I have a problem. I'm using 2.71 se-b. When I copy __SCE__301_dh_fw_installe r into the GAME150 folder it doesn't show up on my PSP. But when I copy it to the GAME folder it shows up on the PSP. When I access it, it stays at the boot up screen for 5-7 seconds then shuts off.

for the people who had problems with running fw302installer for devhook on se-c custum fw. I managed to solve it.Go to recovery mode and make sure ur game folder is set on 1.50 kernel.
After that move the fw302 or 301 installer in the game folder. It should fun and install correctly then

Well folks i installed devhook for 3.02 succesfully but when i am in the devhook menu and choose 3.02 and boot into the firmware...i get black screen and my psp turns off. What am i doing wrong? i got se-c
I followed the instructions on the first page but I keep getting this message when I use devhook to boot up 3.01:
"startup the devhook
save launcher setting
DH Ver. :0.51.0000
reboot system"
what am I doing wrong?
EDIT: I'm running a Japanese White PSP fw.2.71 (TA-082) trying to run Devhook .51
I have the same problem...after that reboot system msg...my psp turns off. Very strange. I hope someone can explain how to fix this.
That message is supposed to happen, and then the PSP reboots into 3.01.
yes..it turns off then...and when i get turn on my psp..i am back in my Se-c 2.71 fw menu.
Mine doesn't turn off at all, it stays on that screen and doesn't move or boot to anything.
i installed fw 3.02. but when devhook wants to boot in fw302 my psp turns off. Can i try installing fw301 or do i brick my psp then?
you can install 3.01 without worry, nothing is in flash. I really suggest the eboot installers cause I didn't get BSoD's when i did it that way. I think most of these problems are either bad dumps or files in the wrong places (like bad flash1).
Hi, Sorry for asking this for this may have already been answered before. I'm new to the homebrew scene and i managed to install devhook 0.51 and play games in it. Problem is, whenever I try to connect to my router via wifi, it says "An internal error has occured. (80410D17)" I use a 1.5 psp and I am able to connect with my devhook 0.46 which is still installed. Can anyone help me fix this problem?
for some reason when i launch the 3.01 DH FW Installer....it gets to the white PSP screen and then freezes.....how do i make this work?
I got that same error when I first tried to install and when I tried to change cpu clock in devhook, best thing I can advise is to try running devhook with the "default" cpu clock, if that doesn't work just reinstall DH following the steps in the tutorial.Zitat:
