big mistake. MAKE SURE first that you have a PSP with a mobo capable of downgrading. one of the PSP subforums talks about how to identify whether you have a non-ta-082/086 i believe. at best you can use HEN-D if you wind up having a ta-082.Zitat:

hi first post when i run the installer it says Failed to create report file. Stick may be full or can't create out folder.
what does this mean its a brand new memory card it was clean so i know it aint full can someone help please
if i recall you needed to actually put the 3.02 eboot in the root of the memstick. i'm pretty sure someone else had the same problem

I tried this today on my 1.5 and got it working no problems. I am a total NEWB to this...was wondering if someone could now guid me to how i can play ISO's from my memory stick. Do i need more software? Thanks

format memstick from base 1.5 firmware. it's probably a bad idea doing it while 3.02 is emulatd because it's running of the memstick itself. then, just reinstall dh and apply patch.Zitat:

just downgrade to 1.5 and use the 2nd method in the guide, the first method didnt work for me, but the second one worked first time, i have 1.5.Zitat:

there is an easy downgrader for 2.6 to 1.5, dont bother upgrading to downgrade, this 2.6 downgrader couldnt be easier, i have used it twice on 2 different psp's, 1 was a 2.5 and the other a 2.6, the downgrader works for both firmwares.Zitat:

all those who have a 1.5 and are having trouble getting this devhook to work, if you have previously flashed, load any devhook and use the uninstall flash option, then restore factory defaults, then format memstick, then follow the 2nd method in the guide at the start of this thread, worked for me first time, when all other guides and easy installers failed, just get the stuff you need from the links provided and it should work no problems!
Yeah, I'm getting this message on my 1.5 too. I have tons of room on my memory stick, everything seems to be in the right place; it tells me the PSAR got sorted. Then that message and nothing.Zitat:

at this time there is no way for you to run devhook on 3.01 afaik.Zitat:

I'm having the same problems...i can't pass step 4
I just got a 4gb mem stick and i'm tryin to use the devhook ...my psp got fw 2.80. when i try to load the PSAR Dumer V2B my psp shuts off. and when i reboott it nuttin happens, there is no folder F0 to move to continue to step 5

ERR i'm kind of a noob here... Well i formatted my mem stick then installed everything just as the steps Hardrive told us. It worked fine for 3.01 and 3.02.
BUT!!! When I run 2.71 or other ver. the psp crashes!! Help...
my 2.71 se c psp does not recognise the __SCE__301_dh_fw_installe r folders, not in game and not in game150
Someone who can help me out? Strange because it DOES recognise the devhook eboot when put in game150 :/

no iso/cso support here. and nothing regarding homebrew works on 3.02. it's obvious your psp didn't come packaged with 3.02 firmware. you should have read up more about the homebrew scene before thinking about updating firmware.Zitat:

hi.. i got it working the first time i tried on my v1.5!! great guide!!
while running 3.02, i hav tried emulate back to v1.5, it works, but after that i can't run 3.02 anymore.
at this step "9. Navigate to the Game tab, launch "DEVHOOK0.51 launcher BETA" the screen went blank after i see the words "rebooting".. then the console shuts down. that's very weird, coz i can run 3.02 at the very first time.
i have tried reinstalling DH 0.51 but still same, cant run 3.02
any ideas guys?

i using 2.71 se b'' and my 3.01 FW INSTALLER is a corrupted file Why is this going on?
When I follow the steps above (have done them multiple times) and I go to my psp and look for the files they appear but when I click they say cannot load game corrupt file. What's strange is the logos still appear unlike other corrupt files. Does anyone know why this happens? I have tried on 2.82 and now I am on 3.02 and this happened both times. Thanks
Same here, could someone elaborate a little more on this? The guides here seem simplistic enough, but it still isn't working for me. Also, I'm NOT good at this stuff at all.
