I'm new to this sort of stuff. Recently i put Snex0.03 on my psp. It works but the gameplay is really slow. I was wondering if that is suppose to happen or is there any way i can fix it.

First of all: Welcome to the forums :clap:

SNES does run slow without speed changes. To improve speed: open up the options menu (there are two different SNES emulators with two different ways of doing this). For the most recent emulator (Y's30 or other Y's versions), open up a game and then click left on the analog nub. If you are using the other emulator: open up a game, and then click Select+start+L+R (It should be in the read-me file). Once open, you have settings to choose from, two of them are frame skip and speed (mhz). Change the speed to 333mhz and the frame skip to about 2.

I think your major problem, is the version your using. Get the latest Snes emulator (Y30) from the news article on the homepage and apply the settings Frozen suggested and you'll have it running at pretty decent speeds.
