POC - Run 5.50 Debug Firmware on PSP-1000

Code:

PSP Ddebug can be use to test and debug the games being developed.
This tool is primarily use to flash
all the official firmware without any exception on all PSP.
It can also restore the factory state of the firmware.

So if a flaw is found (sooner or later) on newer firmwares we can use 
this to downgrade all
PSP's firmware to a less protected state.

PS: The tool is already compatible psp 1000, 2000 and 3000!!!

Our old friend Yoshihiro has just created a utility to install debug firmware on a normal PSP
and run without any limitation. A High Level Exploit.

Before talking about this technical feat, a few small reminders and clarifications are necessary so that everyone can well grasp.

Firmware debug, debug console (testing tool), what's all this?

A debug console or console TEST, can test the games in the form of files or media burned during development.
PSP also means that editors have some games to test the preview. Of these copies of console games
"retails" (commercially available) do not (normally) and, similarly, the copies provided by publishers from running on these consoles.

There are "DEBUG" for all the consoles, without exceptions. Thus, PSP, DS, Wii, 360,
Wii and PS3 all have a debug version. In general, they are very expensive and are
distributed at drop-in by manufacturers.

The 5.50 firmware testing tool in action on a PSP-1000 retail:

As you will see, Yoshihiro has just created a utility to flash the firmware to 5.50 Testing Tool on a PSP-1000
retail and running smoothly with all the additional functions active.

If it is not the first to have successfully run a Debug Firmware on a PSP "retail" (see [POC] A debug firmware on a PSP normal video),
it has, for against, managed to create a universal installer we talk later.

What good thus it do?

The 5.50 firmware testing tool is not distributed because it is not a public release. The upload is not possible.
The installer itself is without any worries and allows flash all existing firmwares (debug or not) on a PSP-1000
(version PSP2000 should one day ...). Practice simple and effective, this tool may be placed online.

Beyond what you could do as individuals, this will enable devs to study its operation and who knows, one day offer the same menu in a Custom Firmware.

Meanwhile, for the record, please be aware that the current PSP Go running with a testing tool firmware 5.50 ...

No you need CFW to run this.

Proof? This is a universal installer, so it should work on all PSPs no matter what is the firmware. That's why it is called debug.

thats why i was wondering. according to the main page article in the comments freeplay said that he cant "legally" release this but the real news is how its a universal installer. so again how is it executed to run rom a ofw. i understand the rest just not this one part.
