    So lemme get this straight, patches games to work with 5.00? I have no idea what dumping UMDs is. Converts ISOs to CSOs I guess?

    Also, I've noticed some games on the intranets always say "fix" next to them. What exactly is fixed?

    Yes, it patch the games to work with 5.xx CFWs.
    It converts the ISOs to CSOs and vice versa.
    The UMD dump is when you make a copy of your UMD into your ms.All the ISOs and CSOs are dumps. ;)
    When you see the "fix" then it means that it's patched and it works with 5.xx CFWs.

    If you use PSX2PSP it is in the settings.
