Yup. They owned up to it earlier today after the Magazine 'Wired' FINALLY managed to break the code of silence around it's employees after a ton of digging by them (wired). Spokeswoman Molly Smith broke the barrier and confirmed what what we had all suspected all along. (she has reportedly been let go from SCEA and is now the recipient of a lawsuit from them for Breach of Confidentiality) They aparently payed business owners about $100 American for each wall that they covered in paint. Needless to say, the Neighbors in the affected regions were none too pleased with the revalations by Sony.
