Intro: Alright based on the success of the Flash contest for 2.7 before, I have decided to take it one step beyond. In order to provide more entertainment for those with 2.7+ PSPs i have decided to have this contest.
UPDATE: THIS CONTEST NOW CONTAINS TWO DIFFERENT CONTESTS!!

You are allowed one entry in each category, so you can enter one portal, and one game/app.

Contest 1(Portal) - [Submit Here]
Objective: The objective is to create the greatest flash portal. The winner will be determined by a poll.

Requirements:
1. Must be an original portal
2. Must be compatible with the PSP browser
3. Must contain at least ONE of your own flash games in the portal
4. Any other games included, must have proper credit
5. All submissions must be in by July 29th.
6. After July 29th there will be a one week poll to determine the winner.

Reward:
1.1st Place-25,000 Points and Custom Title AND Free Premium Membership
2.2nd Place-10,000 Points and Custom Title
3.3rd Place-5,000 Points OR Custom Title
Also, I will try and see if I can get the winners to make the front page of PSPUpdates for all to see.

Credit: The original Flash contest was held by Hardrive. I liked how it turned out so I decided to hold this one. It is based off of his amazing contest.

EDIT - FrozenIpaq: I have edited the Apps/Games reward to be the same as the portals, but I will supply the rewards for that category.

Well, I'm trying to learn flash. I've got halfway through with making a game called "Master Chief Killer". It was really simple you'd just click master chieves to destroy them and you'd try to kill as many as you could in a time limit. Anyone want me to try to finish it? I could never get sound effects to work so I doubt I'd. At my level of cdoing I might be able to make a portal!
