So...I have two PSPs now: a new PSP slim as of yesterday (came with FW 3.60) and an old PSP original (actually this is from the US launch date) which has either 2.00 or 2.50 or whatever.
Now...the original PSP technically works. That is, it functions. I can use it fully. Except I have no screen. The screen is broken. Everything else works. It'll load UMDs. If I find the right menu option it'll load pictures and videos. And so on. (I should note that the bottom left and top right corners DO work which is how I know pictures and videos load. The sound also works which is how I know menu navigation and UMDs function.)
So my question is, how hard would it be to tinker with this PSP and make a pandora battery so I can hack my PSP slim without really being able to see what the hell I'm doing? How many steps are involved on the PSP itself? Is it something that someone can help me figure out (i.e. push left four times, down once, hit X, etc.)?
Any advice or help appreciated.
