HURR DURR? Nand BOOT 5.00m33, PSP slim, pandora battery, TM memcard.
Yes, I know the following has been explained many times, however it's been explained in inconsistent ways. Some say you need -2- batteries on a slim, one to boot NAND FW, one for TM, unless the firmware in NAND is -exactly- 3.90 M33-2 (or 3.70). Others say anything above 3.90 M33-2 in NAND will boot with a pandora+mmc. Since these conflicting statements come from people who actually write pandora setup software I shall ask for clarification.
If I have a MMC with TM setup in the following way, will I be able to boot to NAND on a slim, with a pandora battery? Or will I have to swap batteries around?
PSP ver: 2k, v2 motherboard.
Firmware in NAND: 5.00m33
MMC IPL: Timemachine (from PSPTOOL 1.0)
NOTHING = "NAND";
L+UP = "/TM/DC8/ipl.bin";
L+DOWN = ""/TM/150_340/ipl.bin";"
Bonus questions! :D
1: Does the X-Gen pandora have a 'test 5.50gen' boot-from MMC function, like DC8 has for 5.00m33?
2: Does the Ta88v2 motherboard only screw up pandora battery creation...or does it make it impossible to mess with a memory stick's IPL too?
