Sony PSP New Firmware for 1.5X & 2.0

Don't you think that ppl with the knowledge/skills to make such a new firmware would know how to upload the file and how to distribue it by their own???

I used to believe everything as well, I'm getting sick of all these fakers, I used to read PSP sites and got excited to work on my own PSP projects, but nowadays I just get fed up with it all...
