MAybe load the firmware
I know alot of the xbox, They created a way to load the firware into the memory. With the help of the phoenix bios loader. Couldnt we do an eboot that loads the latest firware into the memory. This way we play new games.I dont know if this can be done, but they made it on the xbox.
I don't believe this can be done....
The xbox and the debug xbox (dev xbox) are he same (other then the fact that retail xbox == 64mb ram, debug == 128mb) and their bios' are interchangable.. The debug xbox alows the use of BFM (boot from media, like hard drive ... cd .. ) bios... therefor, people figured out how to use their own BFM bios, and bam, loaders were out there.
Besides, the xbox's bios is loaded into ram upon boot, it's the way the console was designed, and one of the main reasons this works.
PSP accesses the firmware directly on chip, not in ram.
