I have seen a ton of threads talking about using the ipod as an external hard drive and I've seen those threads shot down just as quickly as they pop up. One thing that I have never seen was the idea of Ipod linux being used to run USBhost on the ipod then connect it to the PSP. There is also "Pod to Pod" software developed for file transfers between two ipods, the key thing about "Pod to Pod" is that only one Ipod needs to be running linux.
I was wondering if usbhost (probably needs to be modified) could run on Ipod linux (I believe it is UClinux) and then just connected to a PSP and load stuff through Irshell or something.
If the usbhost thing wouldnt work would modifying this: http://ipodlinux.org/Special:Module/podtopod to communicate with a PSP work?
